About Us

Established in 1995, Sunco Development LLC has been providing construction services for nearly 30 years.  We insist on using only the highest quality of construction materials, methods and techniques, and always strive to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction with the services we provide.

Growing up in the construction industry, there are many roads to go down. And when you're hand in hand with a general contractor for 25 years it almost comes as second nature. When opening up Sunco, it started out as a small septic install company. 

Soon enough, it turned into a site development, land clearing, utility company.  Starting out doing a few here and there jobs for close friends and family, quickly turned into friends of friends referring us to everyone they know.

We love the idea of helping people in the beginning stages of creating their dream home. With the headaches of building and the tedious critiquing of building, we figured why not help home owners just relax a bit while the land gets cleared and all of the dirt work is done. 

We then realized that with the building process it can be consuming.  And with that we grew this company into multi-purpose one stop shop! With permit assistance, temporary power, site clearing, driveways, foundations, drainage, septic install, sanitation and excavation we cover most bases needed when building.
